The vision of Krangparty started in 1997 when a couple of friends wanted to create a LAN-event with a twist. The twist was to have happenings and events through out the party. It started slow but have now expanded and grown into an event known and visited by people from the whole Scandinavian area. To describe everything that happens in the 72 hours is nearly impossible. But to give some clues it involves among other things the famous KUC's (Krang Unserious Compo) that can be anything from throwning sharks on the stage to a karaoke contest. You have workshops in diffrent areas and each year atleast one large funfactor never before seen. Last year we built up a full scale paintball arena indoors! But of course we have more.
